Supply of the sludge dewatering fugate defoamer (hereinafter - the Product) to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Technical Specification and conditions of the draft procurement contract.
Supply amount – up to 11 000 kg (eleven thousand kilograms) of the Product within approximately 1 (one) year from the date of entry into force of the Contract (The Contracting Authority orders the Product in separate batches).
Delivery term of Product batches: no longer than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of sending the individual order.
The Tenderer may submit 1 (one) or 2 (two) versions of the offer (i.e., offer no more than 2 (two) Products conforming to the technical specification laid down in Annex No. 2 to the Regulations).

Dalības nosacījumi
Piemērotība profesionālās darbības veikšanai:
A Tenderer can be a capital company, partnership or association of the mentioned companies (group of persons) registered in Latvia or abroad.
Tehniskās un profesionālās spējas:
1) The Tenderer is the manufacturer of the offered Product or an authorised representative of a manufacturer of the Product.
2) The Tenderer has previous experience in supplying the offered Products (equivalent to the subject of the procurement) to other customers (legal persons) and the Tenderer has carried out supply of Products in the amount of at least 5000 kg (five thousand kilograms) in 1 (one) year to at least one customer during the previous 3 (three) years (until the deadline for submission of offers).

3) To solve technical support issues, if any arise due to the use of the Product, the Tenderer is able to provide a specialist of the Product manufacturer with knowledge in the field of waste water sludge treatment using anti-foaming agents and at least 5 (five) years of experience in solving waste water treatment technological problems.

Līguma izpilde
Juridiskā forma, kas jāieņem uzņēmēju grupai, kurai paredzēts piešķirt līguma slēgšanas tiesības:
If a group of persons is selected as the winner of the Open Procedure, within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the respective notification from the Contracting Authority the group of persons has to establish a partnership and register it in compliance with the procedure specified in law.

Līguma izpildes nosacījumi:
The Contract comes into force upon its mutual signing by both Parties and is valid until the Parties have completely fulfilled their obligations.
Within the framework of the Contract, 11,000 kg (eleven thousand kilograms) of the Product shall be delivered in accordance with the Order.
