Business Plan preparation
Business plan preparation in accordance with the Specification (Annex No 2) (hereinafter — the Services). The purpose of this Business Plan is to set the operational framework of the Company. The framework estimates the Company's revenue, operating expenditure and cash flows by considering the respective CEF project cash flows for the next financial years 2016-2031. The completed Business Plan shall correspond to the stipulations of the Company's Shareholders Agreement, the Grant Agreement and the Contracting Scheme. The Candidate has to take into account the fact that Company is a commercial joint venture of 3 countries' governments (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia), which requires clear and repetitive communication with representatives from all 3 countries.
