Provides: delivery of the fire or emergency response combat crew, rescue, fire fighting equipment and fire extinguishing agents; firefighting fine water spray and air-mechanical foam, dry powder of portable fire extinguishers, conducting rescue operations, including sealing leaks in pipes, tank cars, barrels and tanks for leakage of hazardous liquids to the environment, independent lighting of emergency situations.
